Voice, email or fax messages from XS/Group may contain privileged or confidential information or may otherwise be protected by work product immunity or other legal rules. No confidentiality or privilege is waived or lost by any mistransmission. Access, copying or re-use of information by nonintended or nonauthorized recipients is prohibited. If you receive a message but are not an intended recipient, please notify the sender, so we can attempt again to send the message to the proper recipient(s). Delete the message and do not read, act upon, print, disclose, copy, retain or redistribute it.
Unless otherwise specifically indicated, the contents of XS/Group’s voice, email or fax messages are for information purposes only and should not be regarded as an insurance binder, formal quotation for coverage, certificate of insurance, or evidence of insurance, nor do they in any way alter or amend the terms, conditions, exclusions, or limits of any applicable coverages.
Messages from XS/Group are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any location where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.
The transmission and content of XS/Group communications cannot be guaranteed to be secure. Therefore, we cannot represent that the information is complete, accurate, uncorrupted, timely or free of viruses, and XS/Group cannot accept any liability for messages that have been altered in the course of delivery. XS/Group does not waive any intellectual property rights. For your protection, we recommend that you not send us any individual personal information via nonsecure methods of communication, including via public electronic communication channels, such as Internet email, which are generally not secure and could be intercepted by a third party. XS/Group reserves the right to record, monitor, review and retain all ommunications, including voice and email, sent to and from its networks and systems (subject to and in accordance with local laws.)
